Appointments & Wedding Parties
No! Appointments are not required to visit Dan’s. You’re welcome to stop in during normal business hours.

Not at all. We know coordinating everyone’s schedules can be difficult. Wedding-party members are welcome to come in individually to be measured.
For out-of-town members, we also have a simple remote measurement process.
Yes. We recommend that the bride and groom select their suit, shirt and accessories first. Once your wedding look is finalized, the rest of the wedding party can begin completing their measurements.
Our wedding package pricing requires a minimum of 3 people.
Absolutely. Groomsmen, fathers, ushers and other members of the wedding party can be added after the initial booking.
Just let your Wedding Coordinator know as soon as possible so we can confirm sizing, availability and timing.
We understand that wedding parties can change.
If a groomsman drops out, his spot can be transferred to another member of the wedding party, or a refund can be issued as long as the suit is eligible under our refund policy.
Measurements & Sizing
We typically ask that all measurements be completed 45–60 days before the wedding.
Every wedding is different, though. Your Wedding Coordinator can adjust the timeline to accommodate the needs of your individual wedding party.
For your initial measurements, nothing special is required. Just stop in and our team will take care of the rest.
For your final fitting, we encourage you to bring the shoes, boots and accessories you plan to wear with your suit. This allows our tailoring team to make any additional adjustments and add those personal finishing touches to get the look and fit exactly where you want it.
Throughout the process, we keep the groom updated on the status of his wedding party.
If someone hasn’t submitted their measurements by the requested deadline, we’ll contact the groom and let him know who we’re still waiting on.
We understand that coordinating an entire wedding party can be difficult, so we’ll work with you to keep everything moving and get the remaining measurements completed as quickly as possible.
Yes. Every bride and groom will have a dedicated Wedding Coordinator who will guide you through the entire process and keep you updated on the status of your wedding party.
Your Wedding Coordinator can be reached directly by phone or email Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. We’ll let you know if we’re waiting on measurements, if someone hasn’t completed their sizing, or if there’s anything else that needs your attention.
We do our best to respond as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 24 business hours for a response, especially during peak wedding season.
You won’t be expected to keep track of everything yourself—that’s what your Wedding Coordinator is here for.
Yes. We offer extended sizing with the following additional charges:
Sizes 52–56: +$20
Sizes 58–62: +$30
Sizes 64+: +$100
Availability may vary depending on the selected suit or tuxedo.
Yes! Boys’ suits are available in sizes 4T–20T in select colors and styles.

Out-of-Town Wedding Party Members
No problem. We work with out-of-town wedding-party members regularly.
We’ll provide a measurement card showing exactly what we need. We recommend having the measurements taken by a professional tailor or menswear store and then submitting them to Dan’s.
Once the suit is prepared, we can ship it directly to the wedding-party member.
Yes. For out-of-town wedding-party members, we can size and alter the suit based on the measurements provided to us.
Because Dan’s isn’t taking those measurements personally, we strongly recommend having them taken by an experienced tailor or menswear professional.
We’ll provide a Dan’s measurement card showing exactly what we need to properly size and alter your garments.
Simply take the card to a local tailor or menswear store, have the measurements completed, and send the information back to us.
Absolutely. Standard domestic shipping is available for $15 per person.
Expedited shipping is also available when needed for an additional charge.

If additional alterations are necessary, the suit can be sent back to Dan’s for additional work when needed.
Ordering, Fittings & Pickup
We place the wedding-party order once we have received all required sizes and measurements.
The speed at which your suits are ordered depends largely on how quickly everyone in the wedding party completes their measurements. The sooner we have everyone’s sizing information, the sooner we can place the order.
Earlier is always better, but every wedding is different.
We generally work toward having all measurements completed 45–60 days before the wedding. Your Wedding Coordinator will help establish a timeline based on your wedding date and the needs of your party.
Once your suits arrive and alterations are completed, we’ll coordinate pickup with your wedding party.
At Dan’s, we strive to have weddings completed as early as possible. We know there are plenty of things for a bride and groom to worry about as the wedding approaches, and we don’t want suits to be one of them.
We strongly discourage waiting until the week of the wedding to pick up your suits. The earlier your wedding party can pick up and try on their completed suits, the better. This gives everyone plenty of time for a final fitting and allows our tailoring team to make any last adjustments without adding unnecessary stress right before the wedding.

Our wedding packages include alterations, and our tailoring team will make any necessary adjustments to get your suit fitting properly.
We have a simple philosophy at Dan’s:
No one leaves the store with their suit until they’re happy with how it fits.
We encourage every wedding-party member to try on their completed suit before leaving so we can address any final adjustments while you’re here.
Payment & Refunds
Payment is generally due in full at the time the wedding is booked.
We understand that every wedding party is different, so payment arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
No. Due to the number of wedding parties we coordinate, we do not accept separate payments from individual groomsmen.
If each groomsman is paying for his own suit, we ask that the bride or groom collect the funds from the wedding party and submit the group payment to us.
Suits that have not been altered may be returned for a refund.
Once a suit has been altered, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
Certain suit brands may also be subject to a manufacturer restocking fee.
Wedding Suit & Tuxedo Packages
Beginning January 1, 2027, our Wedding Suit Package is $275 + tax per person, with a three-person minimum.

Yes. All necessary initial alterations are included with our wedding packages.
Yes. Any suit or tuxedo purchased from Dan’s receives free alterations for life.
If your size changes down the road or your garment needs to be adjusted, bring it back to us.
Because when the wedding is over, the suit or tuxedo is yours.
Rather than spending money on a rental that has to be returned after the wedding, your wedding party leaves with professionally altered clothing they can wear again for work, weddings, special events and other occasions.
Plus, suits and tuxedos purchased from Dan’s include free alterations for life.
